论助学贷款诚信教育制度的建立和完善

On the Construction and optimization of the Credibility Educational Systems of College Students for National Student Loan

国家助学贷款已成为资助贫困大学生顺利完成学业的重要方式,但信用助学贷款实施过程中的信用问题是贷款发放整体推进过程中的最大障碍。在分析助学贷款与诚信教育的辩证关系和大学生诚信缺失原因的基础上,探讨了如何在国家政策、银行监控和学校监管三个不同层面上建立和完善助学贷款诚信教育制度问题。针对大学生诚信缺失现象,高校应从思想道德、法规建设和措施方法上开展诚信教育活动,确保国家助学贷款的有效实施。

National Student Loan has played an important role for some college students with poor economy sources in the process of successful finishing school.However,the credibility deficiency of some college students is not beneficial to effectively implement the policies of national student loan.Based on the relation between student loan and the credibility of college student and the credibility deficiency from some college students,the credibility educational system of student loan is discussed and optimized owing to the effective cooperation of national policy,bank monitoring and college supervising.For the credibility deficiency of college student,a series of educational actions should be carried out to ensure the implementing of National Student Loan.
