基层医院中成药使用情况分析

Analysis on the Usage of Traditional Chinese Medicines in Basic-unit Hospitals

目的:了解基层医院中成药的应用现状及趋势。方法:对清远市清城区医院2006年-2007年中成药的年销售金额和用量进行统计,采用DDDs分析方法和药物经济学方法对年销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日用药金额(DDDc)进行统计分析。结果:2006年-2007年该院中成药的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)呈上升趋势,日用药金额(DDDc)均有下降,中药注射剂连续两年销售金额保持在前二位,心脑血管和骨伤科用药的销售金额、DDDs连续两年保持在前几位。结论:该院中成药的应用基本合理,疗效确切、价格适中的中成药在临床占优势。

Objective： To understand the present situation and the tendency in the application of traditional Chinese medicines in some basic-unit hospitals. Methods： Taken the 2006-2007 annual sales report on traditional Chinese medicines in Qingyuan Qingcheng District People＇s Hospital as statistics, the DDDs analysis method and the cost-effectiveness evaluation were adopted to analyze the annual sales amount, the medication frequency （DDDs） , and daily expenses of money on drugs （DDDc） . Result： The tendency of the sales amount and the DDDs in 2006-2007 were upward while the DDDc decreased. The sales volume of traditional Chinese medical injections were ranked the second in two consecutive years while the sales volume and the DDDs of cardio-cerebrovascular medicines and orthopedics medicines were also amongst top positions. Conclusion： The usage of traditional Chinese medicines in Qingyuan Qingcheng District People＇s Hospital was rational and reasonable： traditional Chinese medicines of curative effect and moderate price were amongst the most frequently prescribed drugs in clinical practices.
