摘要 设计了一种实用的玻璃重力分相器及相应的萃取流路系统,用于在线萃取分光光度测定微量碘,萃取时v水∶v有机=30∶1,线性范围在0~3000mg/LI-效果良好。检出限为70μg/LI-,测定1mg/LI-的精密度(RSD,n=7)为22%,测定频率为25/h。方法用于市售海带中I-的测定,加标回收率为98%。 A glass gravity phase separator for continuous liquid_liquid extraction system has been developed and used for the determination of trace iodide ion by on_line extraction_spectrophotometry. Experimental results showed that the separator provides several advantages over the existing ones reported in the literatures. The flow ratio of aqueous mobile phase to organic mobile phase ( v aq ∶ v org )is 30. The linear range for I - is 0~3 000 mg/L with detection limit of 70 μg/L. The precision of 2.2% RSD (1 mg/L of I -, n =7) and a sample throughput of 25/h were obtained. The method has been applied to the determination of I - in kelp with standard addition recovery of 98%.
