心理暗示对断指再植患者术后疼痛的影响

Psycho-suggestion effect on the post-operation pain of the replanlation of amputated finger patitents

目的探讨心理暗示对断指再植患者术后疼痛的影响。方法将80例患者随机分成观察组与对照组各40例。对照组实施常规护理;观察组在常规护理的基础上实施心理暗示,采用言语或非言语的手段(语言、手势、表情、动作以及某种情境等)对患者的心理和行为施加影响。参照WHO疼痛分级标准进行疼痛程度测定。结果心理暗示前两组患者疼痛程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);心理暗示后两组患者疼痛程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论积极的心理暗示减轻了患者术后疼痛程度,提高了护理质量,促进了患者的康复。

Objective： To study the psycho- suggestion effcet on the post- peration pain of the replanlation of amputated finger patient. Methods ： Eighty patients were divided into 2 groups in random ： forty for observation group and forty for the contol group. Routine nursing was performed in both the groups, and the psycho - suggestion was added to the observatyion group. The language and non - language methods like gesture, emotional expression, action and definite environment. The pain measurement was based on the WHO standard classification of pain. Results： There was no significant difference in the pain between the 2 groups before psycho - suggestion（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. After psycho - suggestion there was significant difference（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The positive psycho - suggestion can release the post - operation pain of the replanlation of amputated finger patients, raising the quaulity of nursing and promoting the rehabilitation of the patients.
