摘要
采用腹腔注射青霉素的方法致大白鼠癫痫发作，治疗组用针刺方法，对照组用肌肉注射苯巴比妥钠方法进行治疗。结果发现，针刺能提高脑电的基本频率，延长首次放电时间，降低脑电平均波幅及最高波幅，缩短放电持续时间，而且能够显著改善脑电放电的波形，改善脑电指标方面优于苯巴比妥钠。
AbstractInstrutor Sun Liuhe Henan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Penicillin was given to the rats by intra abdominal injection to induce epileptic onset The rats of therapeutic group were treated with acupuncture while those of control group with phenobarbital by muscular injection The result showed that acupuncture could increase the basic frequency of EEG,prolong the first discharge time,lower the average wave amplitude and the highest wave amplitude,shorten the discharge duration and obviously improve the undulate form of EEG It is evident that acupunctural therapy is superior to phenobarbital treatment in improving EEG index
