溃疡性结肠炎中医分型与T细胞亚群关系

Study on the Relationship between Chinese Medicine Grouping of Ulcerative Colitis and T Cell Subgroup

目的：探讨溃疡性结肠炎（ulcerative colitis,UC）中医分型与结肠黏膜T细胞亚群CD3^＋、CD4^＋、CD8^＋的关系。方法：将UC病人按中医分型分为4组,并设对照组。所有患者用电子结肠镜取结肠黏膜组织3-5块,应用免疫组化法检测T细胞亚群CD3^＋、CD4^＋、CD8^＋。结果：UC患者结肠黏膜T淋巴细胞亚群的变化以CD8^＋细胞水平升高及CD4^＋/CD8^＋比值下降为主,湿热内蕴型CD4^＋细胞明显下降,CD8^＋细胞明显升高;气滞血瘀型CD4^＋细胞明显下降,CD8^＋细胞轻度升高;脾肾两虚型CD4^＋细胞轻度下降,CD8^＋细胞轻度升高;阴血亏虚型CD4^＋细胞轻度下降,CD8^＋细胞明显升高。结论：UC的中医分型与T细胞亚群关系密切,检测UC患者结肠黏膜中T细胞亚群可为中医对UC的分型提供理论依据。

Objective ：To investigate the relationship between UC practitioner of Chinese medicine grouping and T cell subgroup（ CD3^＋ , CD4^＋ , CD8^＋ ） in intestinal mucosa. Methods：UC patients were divided into four group by practitioner of Chinese medicine Grouping, each type is a suite, another set up control group, there are 8 - 15 people in each suite, each patient were recipe 3 - 5 pieces intestinal mueosa tissue through electronic colonoscope, T cell subgroup （ CD3^＋ , CD4^＋ , CD8^＋ ） were detected through immunohistoehemistry after completing exemplars collection. Results ：The change of UC patients＇ T cell subgroup in intestinal mucosa is overall that CD8^＋ cellular level is to heighten and the ratio of CD4 ^＋/CD8^＋ is to lower. The CD4 ^＋ cellular level is to lower obviously and the CD8^＋ cellular level is to heighten obviously in the endoretention of damp heat ; The CD4 ^＋ cellular level is to lower obviously and the CD8^＋ cellular level is to heighten lightly in pneuma stagnant blood stasis ; The CD4^＋ cellular level is to lower lightly and the CD8 ^＋ cellular level is to heighten lightly in asthenia of both the spleen and kidney ; The CD4 ^＋ cellular level is to lower lightly and the CD8^＋ cellular level is to heighten obviously. Conclusion ： The relation between UC practitioner of Chinese medicine grouping and T cell subgroup（ CD3^＋ ,CD4^＋ ,CD8^＋ ） in intestinal mucosa is intimate. The detection of T cell subgroup of UC patients in intestinal mucosa may provid theory accordance with for UC practitioner of Chinese medicine grouping.
