黄芩苷对儿童全身炎症反应综合征核因子-kB活化及IL-6合成的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨全身炎症反应综合征一般治疗时核因子-kB活化及IL-6合成的情况及黄芩苷对他们的影响。方法:用中性粒细胞核因子-kB活性测定法、血清免疫因子IL-6放射免疫浓度测定法测定30例全身炎症反应综合征一般治疗组、30例全身炎症反应综合征加用黄芩苷组及30例正常人组中性粒细胞核因子-kB活性、血清免疫因子IL-6放射免疫浓度。结果:全身炎症反应综合征一般治疗时核因子-kB活化及IL-6合成增加。黄芩苷可抑制他们的变化。结论:黄芩苷是治疗全身炎症反应综合征的有效药物。 Objective : To explore the activation of NF - kB and Synthesise of IL - 6 in systemic inflammatory response syndrome and the effect of Baicalin. Methods : Children were divided into sham group, experiment group and normal group. The changes of the activation of NF - kB and Synthesise of IL - 6 were watched by using especting NF - kB in PMN and radioimmunoassay. Results : The activation of NF - kB and Synthesise of IL - 6 increased obviously in systemic inflammatory response syndrome. Baicalin inhibited their changes. Conclusion: Baicalin is effective in systemic inflammatory response syndrome.
