针药结合治疗脑梗死的规律性探讨

Research on the Regularity of Cerebral Infarction Treating by Combining Acupuncture and Medicine

脑梗死是严重危害人类健康的主要疾病。但遗憾的是到目前为止,对该疾病的治疗还无明显突破,相对而言,针药结合在治疗中显示了较好的疗效。文献显示:针药结合治疗脑梗死的疗效优于单纯针刺或单纯药物组,但该结合目前还处于初级阶段,对其治疗的规律性尚不十分清楚。为此,探索性地提出了针药结合治疗脑梗死的思路:①超早期(6h内)应以溶栓药物为主,神经保护剂与针灸为辅;②急性期(48h内)治疗应神经保护剂与针灸并重;③恢复及后遗症期(48h后)治疗应以针灸为主,改善大脑代谢药物及中药为辅。

Cerebral Infarction is a principal disease harmful to human health. But it is regrettable that up to the present, there was no obvious breakthrough in the treatment of this disease. Comparatively speaking, the combination of aeupuncture and medicine shows a better therapeutic effect. Literature shows that the combination of acupuncture and medicine has a better therapeutic effect than simple acupuncture and simple drugs. However, up to date, this combination is still at primary stage, and its regularity in the treatment of Cerebral Infarction is not very clear. Therefore ,the author puts forward the idea of the combination of acupuncture and drugs in the treatment of Cerebral Infarction ： First, in super - early stage （ within 6 hours ）, the treatment depends on thrombolytic drugs more than neuroprotective agents and acupuncture. Second, in Acute Stage （within 48 hours）, both of the neuroprotective agents and acupuncture are important. Third,in convalescence stage and sequela stage（ after 48 hours）, the treatment depends on acupuncture more than drugs improving the brain＇s metabolism and the traditional Chinese medicine.
