中西医结合治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的临床观察

Clinical Research on Children's Chronic Rhinitis Treating with Combination of China Traditional Medicine and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法:将276例儿童急慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为实验组184例和对照组92例,实验组中184例慢性鼻窦炎患儿行上颌窦穿刺冲洗或负压置换疗法后口服中药汤剂治疗,而对照组的92例慢性鼻窦炎患儿行上颌窦穿刺冲洗后窦腔内注入庆大霉素药液,鼻腔内滴呋麻液,并口服广谱抗生素治疗。结果:实验组慢性鼻窦炎患者疗效均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎效果良好。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of intrgrated traditional medicine on the children＇s chronic rhinitis. Methods： 276 cases with the children＇s chronic rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups： the experimental group 184 cases and the controlling group 92 cases. The patients in the first group took Chinese traditional medicine orally after Antro - puncture and irrigation or Fuyazhihuan treating while those in the second group injected Gentamycin into antrum after Fuyazhihuan treating,then droped Ephedrine Hydrichloride and Nitrefurazone Nasal Drops and treated with broad - spectrum antibiotics orally. Results ： The therapeutic effect in the experimental group is superior to the eontroUing group （ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion ： The effect of intrgrated traditional medicine on children＇s chronic rhinitis is well.
