中西医结合治疗围绝经期综合征疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Using Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine to Treat the Perimenopausal Period Syndrome

目的:观察运用中西医结合疗法治疗围绝经期综合征的临床观察。方法:运用西药加服自拟方围绝舒汤治疗围绝经期综合征72例(治疗组),与运用西药治疗72例(对照组)作比较,判断分析结果。结果:治疗组痊愈29例,显效35例,有效6例,无效2例;对照组痊愈11例,显效17例,有效21例,无效23例,经过统计学处理两组疗效有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:运用西药加自拟方围绝舒汤治疗的治疗组明显优于运用西药治疗的对照组。

Objective ： To observe the use of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of perimenopausal period syndrome of the clinical observation. Methods ： The use of western medicine and Weijueshu Dection treatment of perimenopausal period syndrome served 72 patients （treatment group）, and the use of western medicine treatment of 72 patients （contranst group） for comparison ,judgment analysis result. Results： The recovery of 29 cases ,35 cases markedly effective ,efficient six cases, two cases of ineffective ;The contranst group recovered in 11 cases, 17 cases markedly effective,effective in 21 cases ,23 cases of ineffective,showing significant difference between them（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： That the use of western medicine and Weijueshu Decoction treatment of the use of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group of western medicine treatment.
