The company holds shares of four secondary units, which are Xinjiang Oil Transfer Branch, Gansu Oil Transfer Branch, Urumqi Oil and Natural Gas Transfer Branch and Tarim Oil and Natural Gas Transfer Branch, employing 2,657 people in total. The primary business is handling several projects through operations management, establishing pipeline for both crude oil and refined oil product in the west of Lanzhou, Gansu, as well as for natural gas in the west of Zhongwei, Ningxia.
