摘要
On October 12, China National Offshore Oil Corporation （CNOOC） was honored with the International Corporate Citizenship Model Award. This prize was launched by China International Charity Foundation, the Buddhist Association of China, China Internet Information Center, the Association for Poverty Alleviation and Development and some other 40 agencies, in praise of enterprises that have made contributions to commonwealth activities in aspects of natural disaster relief, poverty alleviation, and support to education cause and environmental protection. On October 12, the awards were presented on the second International Charity Forum. CNOOC received the title for its notable efforts in welfare activities in 2008, together with Coca-Cola, Dell and other enterprises.
