基于数据挖掘的名老中医冠心病诊疗规律研究

Study on Rule of Diagnosis and Treatment of Famous Old Doctor of TCM for Coronary Heart Disease Based on Data Mining

目的:挖掘名老中医冠心病辨证论治规律,创新名医经验传承方法;方法:收集名医冠心病典型医案115例,建立冠心病名医诊疗数据库,应用方剂智能分析软件分析名老中医立法组方的规律;结果:得到名医冠心病8个常见证型的证候诊断、治法与方药;结论:从方剂出发得到的名医辨证论治规律,清晰的再现了名医识证、立方、用方的思维过程,通过多个方剂的综合分析分别归纳出证候诊断、治法和组方用药规范,从而将名医经验转化成了有价值的知识,显示出数据挖掘在名医经验整理中的应用前景。

Objective： To explore the general law which the famous old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine cures coronary heart disease and establish feasible new method which the Chinese medicine clinical experience inherits.Method： In this research,we have set up the well-known doctor of coronary heart disease the database of making a diagnosis by 115 of typical medicine case of well-known doctor＇s coronary heart disease,applied formulae intellectual analysis to carry out diagnosis and treatment rule research.Results： obtained Coronary heart disease by 11 common medical certification of the syndrome diagnosis,and treatment of Prescriptions;Conclusion： This research transformed the famous doctor experience into the valuable knowledge and demonstrated the application prospect of data mining in the Chinese medicine clinical experience inherits.
