Developing Regularity of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome on Osteoporosis

骨质疏松症以肾虚为本,由于患者体质差异,阴阳盛衰、气化代谢特点不同而呈现出肾虚为主的基本证候:肾精气亏虚、肾阴虚、肾阳虚、脾肾阳虚、肝肾阴虚证以及瘀血阻络等证。随病情发展,骨质疏松症后期各证均转为肾虚血瘀的本虚标实证。

Renal deficiency is the basement of the osteoporosis.The essential syndrome,kidney-pneuma deficient,deficiency of kidney-Yin,deficiency of kidney-Yang,asdthenic splenonephro-Yang,hepatic and renal Yin deficiency and obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis,presents because of different physical ability.As progression of disease,all kinds of syndrome on the later period of osteoporosis are transferred to renal deficiency and blood stasis which is asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality.
