摘要
目的:研究赤丹丸新的制备工艺,优选最佳提取条件,为制备新剂型奠定基础。方法:以方中君药赤芍、丹参的主要成分芍药苷和丹参酮ⅡA的含量为检测指标,用正交试验考察了3种因素[醇的浓度(A)、溶媒量(B)、回流时间(C)]对其提取工艺的影响。结果:赤丹丸的最佳提取工艺条件为8倍量的70%乙醇回流3次,每次1.5h;再用8倍量的水煎煮3次,每次1.5h。结论:此工艺得到的提取物中有效成分含量较高、稳定、重现性好。可为赤丹丸的进一步开发提供参考。
Objective:To study the new extraction technology to choose the optimal extraction condition that is the basis of new preparation.Methods:Examined the contents of Peoniflorin and TanshinoneⅡA which are the main constituents of with the monarch drugs by orthogonal design.Three factors influencing this extraction efficiency were considered that were alcohol concentration,amount of alcohol and times of reflux.Results:The optimal extraction technology is 70% alcohol with 8 folds to reflux and extract for 3 times,1.5 hours each time,then water with 8 folds to reflux and extract for 3 times,1.5 hours each time.Conclusion:The contents of effective constituents in extraction substance with the technology are high,stable and good recurrence that can provide the reference for the further development of Chidan Pill.
