摘要 在高性能混凝土、商品混凝土中往往会出现高效减水剂与水泥适应性较差的现象,这种现象大多发生在低水胶比、实际用水量较少的高性能混凝土的拌合物中.通过对高效减水剂在不同厂家水泥中的应用研究,来表述对水泥的适应性.通过高效减水剂在不同生产厂家水泥的净浆流动度、不同水泥的砂浆的性能研究表明,与水泥较适应的减水剂在混凝土和砂浆中的掺量较小、强度较高、和易性较好、成本较低;与水泥适应性较差的减水剂,在混凝土和砂浆中的掺量大,成本较高. The phenomenon of poor adaptability existing between super plasticizer and cement often appears in high performance concrete and commercial concrete. This kind of phenomenon takes place particularly in high performance concrete with low water-cement ratio and less mixed water. Herein, experimental studies on cement of different factories were carried out concerning the fluidity of cement and the different properties of cement mortar mixed with super plasticizer in order to state the adaptability of different cement to the super plasticizers in application. Results show that the cement with good adaptability to plasticizer needs smaller quantity of plasticizer mixed in mortar and concrete, whose strength is higher, workability is better, and cost is lower in comparison with that of the cement with poor adaptabihty between cement and super plasticizer.
