Study on pretreatment process of reverse osmosis technology for tailing water of Baotou Iron and Steel(Group) Co.

包钢尾矿渗漏水经过石灰纯碱软化、加药混凝沉淀、活性碳过滤等预处理满足反渗透膜的进水要求,此工艺用于包钢尾矿渗漏水的深度处理,出水完全可以达到包钢工业净环水水质标准,回用于包钢的工业生产,提高水的重复利用率,节约用水.

Tailing water of Baotou Iron and Steel （Group） Co. has reached the requirements of water feeding of the reverse osmosis membrane under pretreatment by the following procedures： lime-soda softening, flocculation and active carbon filtration. This process was used to the advanced treatment of the tailing water and the quality of the treated water has come up to the standard of circulating water, the reuse of which in industrial production can improve water recycle rate and save water.
