正常分娩产妇产后阶梯健康教育的体会 被引量：1

摘要 近年来，随着我们产前宣教工作深入开展，大多数产妇都能正常分娩。对于初产妇来说，产褥期是一个有相当困难的时期^[1]，也是一个迫切需要得到指导的时期。根据Rubin日产妇在产褥期要经历三个时期心理调适观点。针对产妇中初产妇且多为独生子女，健康教育知识缺乏的特点。我们对于正常分娩产妇产后用阶梯式健康教育，使之在产后住院期问掌握母婴健康知识并适应母亲角色，取得较好的效果。现报告如下：
