帕罗西汀合用小剂量奥氮平治疗抑郁症疗效观察

The Effect observation of paroxetine combines low dose Olanzapine in treatment of depression

目的观察帕罗西汀合用小剂量奥氮平治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将70例抑郁症患者随机分成帕罗西汀组(单用组)和帕罗西汀合用奥氮平组(合用组)各35例,观察6周。采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定疗效。结果6周后两组总体疗效差异无显著性,但在第1周末合并用药组显效快,单用组2周末起效。两组间不良反应差异无显著性。结论帕罗西汀合并小剂量奥氮平治疗抑郁症起效快,克服了单用抗抑郁药起效慢的特点,迅速改善睡眠障碍和焦虑。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of paroxetine combines low dose Olanzapine in treatment of depression. Method 70 patients with depressive disorder were randomly divided into research （n=35, took paroxetine combines low dose Olanzapine）and control group （n=35, did single paroxetine） for 6 weeks. Curative effects were assessed with the HAMD. Rusalts there were no significant differences between the two groups by total curative effect after six weeks treatment, but research group had the shorter onset time of the antidepression at the end of the 1st week. The control group （did single paroxetine） had the effect at the end of the 2nd week. there were no significant differences of the adverse reaction between the two groups. Conclusion paroxetine combines low dose Olanzapine takes effect faster in treatment depression, conquering the shortcomings that antidepressant＇s single-use is a long time to onset. Improving the dyssomnia and anxious quickly.
