摘要
矿渣是钢铁生产的冶炼废渣,化学成分和熟料相似,作为一种工业废弃物在我国大量存在。矿渣具有潜在水硬性,经高细、超细粉磨,比表面积达到400㎡/kg以上后,就呈现出水硬性,可以作为水泥的主要组分。高产高细磨改造主要包括隔仓板和出磨篦板的改造,研磨体级配的变化和磨内风速的加强,还要注意粉磨工艺参数的调整和磨内粉磨平衡问题。
Slag is the smelting waste solid out of the steel production with the chemical composition similar as clinker, and it abounds in our country as an industrial waste. Slag has the potential hydraulicity and takes on this character when its comparative surface area reaches 400 m^2/kg after the super-fineness grinding. So it could act as the main component of cement. The reformation of high capacity and super-fineness mill mainly focuses on the chamber-separating plate and grate plate as well as the grade changing of grinding media and the reinforcement of wind velocity. Besides, attentions should be paid to the adjustment of technical parameters and the grinding balance issue inside mill.
