钢结构高层住宅楼转换层大梁施工质量控制

On the construction quality control of transfer girder in high steel-structure building

中福花苑一期工程为一幢现代化、高标准的钢结构高级公寓住宅楼。该项目根据转换层实际情况,采用了科学可行的逆作法施工工艺。针对转换层大梁施工难点、要点,编制了针对性强、可操作性强的施工方案,对转换层底板支撑、梁支撑进行了仔细验算。在施工过程中,综合运用QC管理方法,保证主要因素得到控制,从而确保了钢结构高层住宅楼转换层大梁的施工质量。

Zhongfu Huayuan project （phase 1 ） is one modern exclusive building with steel structure. According to the practical conditions of the project, the scientific ＆ feasible counter construction technology is determined. In view of the difficulties and key points of the transfer girder construction, the construction scheme is drafted. And the calculation is made to the base slab and girder bracings. The QC management method is ap- plied to control the main factors, so as to make sure the construction quality of the transfer girder of the highrise steel Structure building.
