超声显像胸锁乳突肌对提高小儿肌性斜颈疗效的意义

Significance of Color Doppler Imaging Musclus Sternocleidomastoidea to Elevate Therapeutic Efficacy of Congenital Torticollis

目的探讨彩超显像胸锁乳突肌对治疗小儿先天性肌性斜颈的作用。方法将辅于彩超检查与仅用手触摸检查而治疗方法相贩病人，随机抽样各３０例，分为两组，用统一标准，确定疗效。结果治愈和接近治愈例数Ａ组为１８例，Ｂ组为２６例。治愈率Ｂ组高于Ａ组。结论彩超具有优良的识别软组织结构差异的能力，为内、外科治疗小儿先天性肌性斜颈提供了非常必要的依据。同时检查方便、价格低廉、无痛苦，适于推广应用。

Objective\ To investigate effect of color Doppler imaging(CDI) musclus sternoclerdomastoides on therapy of congenital torticollic.Method\ Patients were divided two groups randomly,each group included 30 patients,one group examined by simple palpation only(A gruop) ,the other group with CDI(B group),but both groups were treated with the same method and were compared each other,therapeutic efficacy was judged based on united criterions.Results\ In A group cure and nearcure case number were 18,B group were 26.Cure rate in B group was higher than that in A group.Conclusions\ CDI has excellent ability to identify the structure of soft tissue,providing necessary evidence for treatment in addition to its advantages of convinience in examination,economical price,no pain.It could be used widely.
