正常老年人红细胞免疫功能的观察

A Study of RBC Immunological Function in the Elderly

目的研究老年人的红细胞免疫功能状态。方法采用郭峰改良法，对我院１９９５年体检中４０９例健康人的红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率（ＲＢＣＣ３ｂＲＲ）和红细胞免疫复合物花环率（ＲＢＣＩＣＲ）进行测定，并进行分析。结果老年期各年龄组的ＲＢＣＣ３ｂＲＲ均低于中青年组（Ｐ＜０．０５），以７０～７９岁年龄组尤为明显（Ｐ＜０．０１），且７０～７９岁年龄组的ＲＢＣＣ３ｂＲＲ低于老年前期组。ＲＢＣＩＣＲ各年龄组间比较虽无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），但随着增龄有逐渐增高的趋势。结论老年人红细胞免疫功能减低。

Objective To study RBC Immunological function in the elderly.Method The Guofong modified method was adopted to measure the RBCC3b receptor rosette ratio(RBCC3b RR)and RBC immune complex rosette ratio(RBCICR)among 409 cases of healthy people. Result RBCC3b RR of every age group in the old period was lower than youngmiddleage group(P<0.05)and it was more marked in the 70～90 yearsold age group(P<0.01).RBCC3b RR in the 70～79 years old age group was lower than the preaged group. RBCICR has no marked differences in various age group,but the older people's age was,the more higher RBCICR was. Conclusions The RBC immunological function of the elderly is descent.
