摘要
通过建立理论模型,本文选择了几个对住宅价格影响最大的住宅特征作为自变量,借鉴了现有的hedonic定价的理论方法和研究经验,用Eviws软件对数据进行分析,尝试构建了天津市普通住宅价格的Hedonic模型。
In this paper, we choose several residential characteristics which have remarkable impact on housing prices as independent variables and draw on the existing theory of Hedonic pricing methods and research experience,and wo build TianJin city's average residential Hedonic Price Model through data analysis by the Eviws.
