摘要 由双"金字塔"思想论企业对员工的社会责任是因为企业是员工的第二个家庭。工作环境的好坏、是否舒适、安全直接影响着员工的工作质量、生活质量以及生命;工资是维持一个人的基本生存需要,克扣、拖欠工资就是剥夺了员工的生存权。员工拿不到工资,意味着生计无着,难以维系自己和其家人的基本生活,更谈不上对其子女的教育培养。所以,在构建和谐社会的今天,企业必须对员工承担社会责任,使员工实现自我价值,企业才可持续发展。 Researching corporate social responsibility for employee from double pyramid theories is because enterprise is employee' s the second home. Good or bad as well as whether comfortable and safe working environment directly affect working and living quality as well as life of employee. It is salary that keeps basic surviving needs. Embezzling wageg or being arrear that deprives employees' subsisting right. Employees won't live and maintain their family if they couldn't get pay. Furthermore, they can't provide their children's education. Nowadays, we are in harmonious society. Enterprises must undertake social responsibility for their employees who will realize their self-value in order to corporate sustainable development.
