摘要 顾客满意度状态与企业利润率之间有着密切的联系,因此,提高顾客满意度正逐渐成为许多企业的重要经营目标。本文对家用电器中的空调进行调查分析,确定顾客满意度的各项指标和权重,建立一个测评设想。 There is close relationship between customers satisfaction degree and enterprise profits. Therefore the customers satisfaction degree is the standard of the enterprise success. A survey on refrigerator ChangHong air enterprise is conducted and the results are analyzed. Established a measure index suppose.
