基于有限元的大型薄壁零件运输过程的动态分析

摘要 在模态分析的基础上,对600MW超临界汽轮机低压外缸在运输过程中垂直方向所受的路面谱作用下进行了响应谱有限元分析,并对缸体的强度和刚度特性进行了分析,为优化缸体结构提供可靠依据。 Based on modal analysis, random finite element analysis is proposed for calculating response of 600MW stream turbine cylinder under the action of road-spectrum in the process of transportation. The intensity and rigidity of 600MW stream turbine cylinder are calculated in the mean time. Both of them provided reliably reference for the structural optimization of 600MW stream turbine cylinder.
