摘要
金属矿山企业为中国的经济发展做出重大贡献的同时,安全工作发挥了重要的作用,但是安全事故仍然频繁发生,直接影响了企业的经济效益和社会效益。从人身生命经济价值出发,通过对人身伤亡赔偿费用的确定,分析人身伤亡赔偿与安全效益之间的经济关系,证明提高员工的人身伤亡赔偿,可以给企业带来经济效益,为企业制定安全措施方案起到建议作用。
Metal mines play an important role in both China＇s economic development and safety production.Frequent safety accidents in metal mines directly influence the enterprise economic benefits and social benefits.By determining the personal injury compensation cost,the economic relationship between personal injury compensation and safety benefit is analyzed.It is proved that to enhance the personal injury compensation cost can bring economic benefits to the metal mines and make suggestions to safety precautions scheme establishment.
