乌山铜钼矿采用大规模露天开采?先进的SABC选矿流程和尾矿膏体输送工艺。生产监控系统的设计与应用将为矿山提高生产效率、节能降耗发挥重要作用。简要介绍了矿山生产工序和系统设计目标、内容及思想,详细叙述了生产监控网络方案、网络视频系统方案及系统软件方案等。联动试车及应用表明,MES运行正常,取得了预期效果。
Big-scale open pit mining,advanced SABC ore processing flowsheet and tailings paste transportation techniques are applied in Wunugetushan copper-molybdenum mine.The design and application of production monitoring system plays an important role in enhancing production efficiency,energy-saving and consumption reduction.The paper introduces the processing flowsheet,system design object,content and idea briefly.The scheme of production monitoring system,network video system and system software are introduced in detail.Commissioning and application proves that MES works normally and the expected effect is achieved.
