银矿石中低品位铜、铅浮选分离的试验研究

摘要 某银矿矿石含银200g/t、铜0.18%、铅0.45%。通过对该银矿石进行铜、铅的综合回收试验研究,最终采用混合浮选铜、铅,混合精矿采用组合抑制剂抑铅选铜分离流程,取得铜精矿、铅精矿产品,在回收银的同时,综合回收了铜、铅。 The grade of silver,copper and lead is respectively 200g/t,0.18% and 0.45% in a certain silver ore.In order to enhance the economic benefits and make full use of the resources,researches on recovering copper and lead from the silver ore are carried out.Copper and lead is floated with bulk floatation process.The mixed concentrate is processed by combined depressant to depress lead and separate copper.As a result,copper concentrate and lead concentrate is achieved.Silver is recovered,meanwhile the recovery rate of copper and lead is enhanced.
