摘要
通过对玻璃实际运行轨迹与门框高度进行结构分析、求出适当的升降器理想工作平面、确定升降器厚度与安装基准面、布置升降器中位线和主臂旋转中心及选择升降器大小、布置升降器支撑中心区与玻璃质心线、布置小齿轮中心(升降器手柄轴中心)位置等,阐述了汽车玻璃升降器与整车匹配的设计要点。
Based on the structural analysis of actual glass moving track and door frame height,the proper working surface of glass lifter is obtained,the thickness and installing reference plane is determined.The layout of lifter median line and the main-ann spin center,the selection of lifer size, the layout of supporting central area and glass gravity line,as well as the layout of small gear center location (lifter handle axis center)etc are carried out,finally the key points for the matching design between glass lifter and complete vehicle are discussed.
