摘要
以某罐装车型为研究对象,基于ADMAS/CAR定制了整车各部件动力学模型与模板,采用MSC. Simdesigner for CATIA定制了驾驶室模型,并将各部件组装为虚拟样车。基于稳态回转等仿真试验验证了虚拟样车的操纵稳定性;结合实车路试结果对比了虚拟样车与实车动态特性的一致性,并基于虚拟样车研究了多种工况下车辆的行驶性能。
The dynamics model and template of parts for a tanker were established based on ADAMS/CAR,and the cab model was built by using MSC.Simdesigner for Catia,then the parts were assembled into virtual prototyping.Handling and stability performance of the virtual tanker was validated based on steady state turning performance simulation; consistency between the virtual prototyping and true tanker was validated by road test,and the driving performance under different working conditions were also studied based on virtual prototyping.
