两轴道路车辆重心位置测定方法及数据处理

Study on Measuring Method and Data Processing Analysis of Centre of Gravity for Two-axle Vehicle

阐述了GB/T12538—2003《两轴道路车辆重心位置的测定》中的试验原理和试验方法。在两轴乘用车重心位置试验的基础上,分析了汽车重心高度测量过程中轴荷仪精度、阻滞作用和弹性元件形变对测量精度的影响,并提出了减小试验误差的建议。分析了标准中采用的计算公式和数据处理方法,得出了合理的曲线拟合方法,保证了测试结果的唯一性。

This paper expatiates on the test principle and test methods about GB/T 12538--2003 《Road vehicles with two axles-Determination of centre of gravity》.Based on the test experiences on road vehicles with two axles,the main factors affecting the measurement accuracy,e.g.accuracy of axle-loading instrument,retardation,deformation of elastic component are analyzed,and suggestions for reducing test error are provided.And also,according to the analysis of the formula and data processing methods in the standards,the proper method for curve fitting and the exclusive test result have been get.
