摘要
根据汽车变速器不同零部件类型,提出了3级精度包容盒相结合的快速定性干涉检查算法:沿全局坐标系规整包容盒和包容球干涉检查算法、方向包容盒干涉检查算法、规整包容盒再分割算法,并阐述了3种包容盒算法的特点和所适应的变速器零部件类型。指出,将3种算法结合起来用于变速器零部件的干涉检查,能在不过多增加计算量的情况下提高检查精度。
The fast interference checking algorithm combined with the three-level precision bounding box was put forward according to different parts of gearbox,which included global coordinate regulated bounding box and bounding ball interference check algorithm,directional bounding box interference check algorithm and regulated bounding box redivision algorithm,and their features and type of adaptive gearbox parts were discussed.It is pointed that the combined algorithm can improve checking precision without increasing too much computation.
