摘要
铁路运输在我国经济发展中起着举足轻重的作用,它的发展直接关系到我国国民经济的发展。重轨的残余应力是重轨成材率的重要指标之一,研究重轨的残余应力有助于提高重轨成才率和重轨质量。通过对重轨矫直模型的建立、研究和分析,得出其残余应力分布规律。
Rail road plays an important role in the economical development of our country, and its development interacts with the gross national economic of our nation directly. The residual stress of heavy rail straightening is the remarkable index of heavy rail rolling yield. The research of heavy rail residual stress is helpful to in- crease the rolling yield of heavy rail and upgrades its weight load. The conclusion based on the GB (national standard) of HV straightening analyses had been drawn by setting up the model of Finite Element Method (FEM) and numerical analysis.
