山楂叶总黄酮对异丙肾上腺素诱导大鼠心肌损伤的保护作用 被引量:5

Cardioprotective effect of hawthorn leaf flavonoids on isoproterenol-mediated myocardial injury in rats

摘要 目的:观察山楂叶总黄酮(hawthorn leaf flavonoids,HLF)对心肌缺血大鼠心电图、心室/体质量指数、血清肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性及脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响,探讨HLF作用机制。方法:将大鼠随机分为4组:正常对照组,急性心肌损伤模型组,HLF高(52mg.kg-1.d-1)、低(26mg.kg-1.d-1)剂量组。HLF组腹腔注射HLF7d,在第4天,与模型组一起连续皮下注射ISO150mg.kg-1.d-13d。正常对照组腹腔/皮下注射等体积的生理盐水。最后一次注射ISO24h后,检测每组大鼠Ⅱ导联心电图、心室/体质量指数、血清CK、LDH活性及MDA含量。结果:ISO模型组死亡率高(56.2%),存活大鼠ST段显著上抬,心室/体质量指数、血清CK、LDH活性及MDA含量均增加。而HLF组死亡率显著降低,ST段、心室/体质量指数、血清CK、LDH活性及MDA含量均趋于正常。结论:HLF能有效防止ISO诱导的心肌损伤,机制可能与其抗氧化作用有关。 OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of hawthorn leaf flavonoids (HLF) on ST segment,left ventricular weight/ body weight ratio,CK,LDH and MDA on myocardial injury rats and to explore the mechanism of HI.F. METHODS A rat model of acute myocardial injury was induced by subcutaneous injection of isoproterenol. The electrocardiography in Lead II , left ventricular weight/body weight ratio,serum CK and LDH activity, the content of MDA were examined. RESULTS ST segment elevation,increase of serum LDH and CK activity and high mortality were detected in rats only injected with isoproterenol. Whereas,pre-treatment of HLF could restore them normal. CONCLUSION HI.F have prominent cardioprotective effect on ISO-mediated myocardial injury in rats. Its function may be resulted from antioxidation.
