摘要
为了系统研究太行山猕猴(Macacamulatatcheliensis)生殖、泌尿、免疫系统各器官蛋白水解酶的种类和性质,用活性单向电泳(1D-G-PAGE)和活性双向电泳(2D-G-PAGE)方法研究了太行山猕猴生殖系统、泌尿系统和免疫系统中蛋白水解酶种类和酶活性的pH依赖性。结果表明:(1)同一系统功能相近的器官之间蛋白水解酶非常相似,不同系统的器官之间,中性和碱性蛋白水解酶种类有很大差异;(2)同一器官的酸性蛋白水解酶种类与它的中性和碱性蛋白水解酶种类迥异,而且3个系统中各器官均具有31、30和29kD3种酸性蛋白水解酶,但它们在不同器官中的活性有较大差异;(3)用2D-G-PAGE测得在pH7.0条件下。
Kinds and pH dependence of proteolytic enzyme in normal monkey (Macaca mulatta tcheliensis) reproductive system, urinary system and immunitive system were studied by application of 1D G PAGE and 2D G PAGE. The data suggest:(1) In the same system proteolytic enzymes′likeness exists between the similiar organs;In different systems neutral proteolytic enzymes differ from those alkaline ones.(2) In the same organ the acid proteolytic enzymes differ from the neutral ones and the alkaline ones. Moreover, In the three systems three kinds of different proteolytic enzymes 31, 30 and 29kD exist in different organs. (3) On the condition of pH 7.0 eleven kinds of proteolytic enzymes with different MW or pI exist in spleen.
