固体黏度的测量方法及实现

摘要 黏度是流体的一个重要物理特性,但许多化工产品又常以固体的形态出现。材料力学和声学实验表明,弹性模量使黏度与声速之间有一定的关联。基于此设计的超声波固体黏度计可简化黏度测量过程,还具有成本低、体积小、重量轻、测量迅速、非介入生产、不干扰生产工艺、可用性好的特点。该装置已经成功地运行在聚酯切片的检验中。 Viscosity is an important physical characteristic of liquid, while many chemical products are often appearing in solid form. The experiments of material mechanics and acoustics indicate that there is certain correlation between viscosity and sonic velocity via elasticity. The ultrasonic solid viscometer designed on this basis is able to simplify the measuring process of viscosity, and such instrument also features of low cost, compact, lightweight, fast measurement, and not involving the production, either not interfering the technological process. The instrument has been successfully operated in inspection of polyester slicing process.
