摘要
针对抗生素发酵控制的实际情况,选用了美国Opto 22公司的SNAP I/O控制系统作为系统的软硬件平台,并在此平台基础上完成了系统控制与人机界面的软件编制开发工作。从控制系统的构成、硬件配置、控制方式、关键工序的控制策略等方面,讨论了基于Opto 22公司SNAP I/O系统的抗生素发酵控制。现场运行结果表明,系统运行稳定,方案合理,取得了良好的控制效果。
According to the actual situation of fermentation control in antibiotic production, the SNAP I/O control system from American manufacturer Opto 22 is selected to be the hardware and software platform of system. On the platform, system control and software programming and development for man machine interface are accomplished. The fermentation control based on SNAP I/O is discussed from system composition, hardware configuration, control mode and critical process sequences. The results of field operation indicate that the system runs stably with excellent control effect; and the strategy is reasonable.
