摘要
为了解决电压信号远程测量的问题,对电压-频率转换技术进行了研究。电压/频率转换技术是A/D转换技术的一种,电路结构简单、抗干扰能力强且硬件价格低廉。在介绍VFC技术的原理和LM331芯片的基础上,例举了单片集成VFC芯片的电路设计、设计关键、电压远程测试的实现及其工业应用。实验表明VFC转换精度高,在实现电压信号远程测量的同时可以实现被测信号的电隔离。
The technology of voltage to frequency conversion ( VFC ) is studied to resolve the remote measurement for voltage signals. VFC is one kind of the analog to digital conversion technologies with advantages of simple circuitry, high anti-interference capability and low cost of hardware. On the basis of introduction of the principle of VFC and the chip LM331, the circuit design and design key points of single VFC IC; the implementation and industrial applications of remote measurement of voltage are described. The experimental results indicate that VFC is highly precise, and it also provides isolation to measured signals in remote voltage measurement.
