摘要
从中国南海的一种石珊瑚—佳丽鹿角珊瑚[Acropora pulchra(Brook)]的乙酸乙酯可溶部分和亚丁醇可溶部分获得6个已知有机化合物,通过EIMS,IR,~1HNMR,^(13)CNMR,~1H-~1HCOSY等实验确定了它们的结构,分别为:正十六碳醇(1)、(24S)-24-甲基胆甾醇(2)、胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷(3)、尿嘧啶脱氧核苷(4)、胸腺嘧啶(5)和尿嘧啶(6)。从自然界中直接获得大量纯的(24S)-24-甲基胆甾醇尚属首次,其完整的波谱数据也是首次报道。化合物(4)则是首次从珊瑚类动物中分离获得。本文是第一次报道佳丽鹿角珊瑚的化学成分。
Six organic compounds were isolated from the hard coral Acropora pulchra collected from the South China Sea. The crude ethanol extract was partitioned between ethyl acetate and water ,n-butanol and water. The ethyl acetate fraction was chromatographed on sillica gel column to obtain n-hexadecanol (1) , (24S)-24-methylcholeserol(2). And from the n-butanol fraction, we obtained thymidine (3) , 2'-deoxyuridine (4) ,thymine(5) ,uracil(6) by the same methods. Pure compound(2) were first obtained from the nature and its spectra data was first reported completely. Furthermore, the compound (4) was first obtained from the coral. It is first reported about the chemical constituents of this kind of the hard coral.
