摘要
将鱼油、小麦胚芽油按一定比例配合,使其ω-6与ω-3型多烯酸比例平衡,并通过添加抗氧化增效剂,提高其氧化安定性。
In this paper,fish oil and wheat embryo oil were mixed in a certain ratio to balance the content of w-6 and w-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid. Their oxidation stability was raised by adding a synergist for antioxidation.
