摘要
介绍了C41-2000型新规格空气锤的设计。首先根据确定的设计技术参数进行空气锤的结构设计,确定结构形式和结构参数;然后根据设定的结构参数计算打击能量,并对比各参数下的打击能量,确定最优设计方案;最后利用分析软件对易损件锤杆进行有限元分析和优化设计。
The design of the new specification pneumatic hammer of C41-2000 kg is introduced. According to the definite design technical parameters, the structural design of this pneumatic hammer is carried out to determine the structural style and parameters. And then the impact energy based on the setting structural parameters is calculated. Comparing the impact energy under various parameters, the optimal designing scheme is obtained. Finally; the finite element analysis optimization design is done on the vulnerable hammer tail using the analysis software.
