倒圆刃刀具切削温度有限元分析

摘要 通过对不同刀尖圆弧半径的倒圆刃刀具切削加工过程进行有限元建模与分析,发现刀尖附近的温度分布将随着刀尖圆弧半径的变化而发生改变;而随着圆弧半径的增加,刀具的最高温度以及切削区域的平均温度会随之提高。 By modehng and analyzing of the cutting processes with round edge tools of different edge radii using finite element method, it is find out that, in the regions around the tool tips, the temperature distributions alter with changing edge radius, and the maximum temperatures at tools and the average temperatures in the cutting regions increase as the tool edge radius increases.
