摘要
设计了以AT89C52单片机为核心的数控砂轮修形系统控制器,通过单片机的串行口连接U盘读写模块及U盘,并读取加工程序,按照一定的控制算法实现对砂轮修形器的控制。该系统结构精简,成本较低,可应用于磨齿机上对砂轮的数控修形。
The AT89C52 series microcomputer used in the controller of CNC gilding wheel dresser is presented . The controller connect with the USB module and read the procedure by the COM port. This control system is supported with a sort of algorithm. The hardware and software technologies are deseribed,may also be used in the Y7125 griding machine.
