摘要
蜗杆传动由于其传动比大,承载能力强,常用于两轴在空间交错成直角的传动。传动过程中,蜗杆是主动件,蜗杆的制造精度直接影响传动精度。多头蜗杆在工艺上属复杂零件加工,加工难度大,实践证明简单快捷的车削技巧可大大简化多头蜗杆的加工工艺,降低成本。
Threaded worm is commonly used when two shafts intersect each other perpendicularly for its big drive ratio as well as good carrying capacity. In the process of transmission, the threaded worm is the driving part. Therefore, its accuracy depends the accuracy of transmission. Multiple-threaded worm is very difficult to produce . Some skills of turning can cut down the process of manufacturing multiple-threaded worn, and make it simple.
