摘要
针对五坐标曲面数控加工中加工方法引起的误差,分析了误差产生的原因,找出了数控加工过程中影响工件加工精度的因素,提出了控制误差的方法,为数控加工精度的有效控制提供了系统的理论依据。
The error resulting from the machining methods in five-coordinate NC machining for the curved surfaces is introduced. The reasons brought about the error, besides is analysed. The key factor that most important affected the precision of the work-pieces in process of NC machining have been founded. Meanwhile, provide systematic basis of theory for improvement of NC machining precision.
