摘要
二次空气补偿阀是摩托车发动机排放净化的关键零部件之一,通过该阀本身的结构特点——从外界单向吸入新鲜空气到发动机排气道,为氧化剂的高效工作补充一定的氧含量,实现高温废气中有害成分的再次燃烧,并通过截止阀与进气负压的脉动关系控制相应的开度。通过调整设定单向阀的金属簧片厚度、止口和开口面积参数,控制补气量的大小。因地域气压大幅度的偏差,导致负压波动的差异,二次空气补偿阀体现出的流量特性发生了很大变化,出现"放炮"等高原反应,为确保摩托车的整体性能,须针对不同地域对二次空气补偿阀的机构进行相应调整。
Secondary air gulp valve is one of the key parts for motorcycle engine emission control. Through this valve, the air will inhale to the exhaust pipe from outside, which can make the exhaust gas of high temperature secondary burning and help to supplement the oxygen content. The gulp capacity can be controlled by adjusting and setting the pulsant relation of close valve and air pressure, the metal reed thickness, reed closing and opening areas of the one-way intake valve. However, the diversification of air pressure in highland will change the characteristic of the secondary air gulp valve. It is necessary to adjust the configuration of the secondary air gulp valve in different zone to ensure the motorcycle performance.
