进气歧管结构对进气不均匀性影响的仿真研究 被引量:17

摘要 本文利用AVL BOOST和FIRE软件就不同结构参数的进气歧管对各缸进气不均匀性的影响进行了仿真研究。结果表明,第三种方案的平均累积流量最高,其进气不均匀性最大值的绝对值为1.7%,总值为3.3%,优于第一方案的不均匀性指标;第二种方案尽管其平均累积流量高于第一方案,但进气不均匀性最大值达到6%,超出工程允许的3%的限度,因此本文认为第三种方案为最优。同时该设计流程也为进气歧管的优化设计奠定了基础。 This paper presents the simulation study on charge unevenness for air intake manifold construction. The results show that the 3rd scheme has the max. average accumulation flow rate and its maximum absolute error for unevenness is 1.7% and the variation range is below 3.3%, better than those of 1st scheme. Although the average accumulation flow rate for 2nd scheme is higher than that of 1 st scheme, its unevenness amounts to 6% , which is beyond the 3% experience value. Above all, this paper thinks the 3rd scheme is the best. At the same time, this flow chart gives a good base for intake manifold optimization design.
