摘要
针对传统的摩托车灯光检测硬件电路复杂和易受干扰的不足,提出了一种新型的基于串口通信的摩托车灯光测试方法。将工控机和灯光仪利用串口线相连,在VC++6.0环境下利用MSComm控件编写RS232串口通信程序,实现了工控机对灯光仪数据的采集、数据显示和结果判断。实际运行结果表明,该方法硬件电路简单、成本低和传输数据不易受干扰。
In the conventional headlamp testing, the hardware circuit is complicated and the sampling data is liable to be jammed. In order to resolve this problem, a new method of beadlamp testing based on serial communications is proposed. The headlamp tester and industrial control computer are linked by serial circuit. The software realized serial communications using MSComm control by VC + + 6.0. It can sample, show and judge the testing data of the headlamp tester. It's found that this method is simple and feasible. The sampling data is jarless and exact.
